"A GREAT RESOURCE"

"THEY ARE THE BEST"

"THEY ARE THE BEST"

Amanda and Richard have provided invaluable assistance to my organization in many areas - board governance and best practices, ED support, clarity about roles and responsibilities, and grant writing.

We have had the chance to work with Richard and Amanda. They help with grant writing, overall strategy, and a little babysitting. They are the best! If you are part of a nonprofit work with them.

I loved working with Amanda and Richard on our new strategic plan! They had to adapt to virtual-only planning sessions, but they adapted very gracefully and with humor. We always left our meetings feeling energized, inspired, and better connected with each other.

Amanda and Richard are experienced leaders who expertly facilitate effective meetings with meaningful outcomes. The Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado engaged Amanda on a recent grant writing project and were thoroughly impressed with her strategic approach, collaborative process, and grant writing skills.

"INVALUABLE"

Richard and Amanda helped our organization to transition from its founding Executive Director to its current ED.  After interviewing both staff and Board members Richard and Amanda developed a transition plan to guide the transition team through the recruitment and hiring process.  It was a pleasure to work with Richard and Amanda on this project.  They are both very approachable and personable and receptive to opposing thoughts and viewpoints. Their assistance was invaluable throughout the process.
