Richard and Amanda lead the company with a combined 40+ years of experience managing, operating, and elevating nonprofit organizations. 

As nonprofit consultants serving the front range and based in the Denver metro area, our priority is your success.

Our approach to strategic planning involves engaging the board, staff, and relevant stakeholders in a comprehensive, interactive discovery process that is guided by the organization’s vision and values.

We believe that board members with proper training, onboarding, and clear expectations are an asset to the organization. We work with board leaders to build foundational knowledge and systems for effective performance.

We subscribe to the most comprehensive grant search engines to identify funding opportunities to meet our client’s needs. We do the research and the writing in partnership with our clients.
