Our 2023 Lunch & Learn Series “How to be an Awesome Board Member” continues with this upcoming webinar on the role of teamwork and decision-making among the Board of Directors. During this session, participants will learn how to utilize “diligent decision-making” and work together to meet their fiduciary duties.
